In this four-bedroom house, walls were knocked down and a new layout of the rooms was created, which made it possible to gain enough space to install a bar in the kitchen, now open to the living room, which expands the work and storage space, at the same time that separates and defines the kitchen space.

To provide some independence in the living room and kitchen on this floor, the studio designed a central structure clad in wood planks to divide both spaces while remaining connected and open.

The structure also contains cabinets on the kitchen side, while on the living room side it acts as a television cabinet.

With this solution, storage space is gained, the two rooms are separated and an original element is added to the home.

In this other project, the team turned the kitchen into the protagonist of the house.

A modern and open peninsula kitchen, with elegant gloss black finishes and warm wood that is separated from the rest of the space by a custom-made piece of furniture, in which cabinets were installed in the part that overlooks the dining room to provide storage space and the television area.

The kitchen is opened to the living room and a panel is installed, which can be made of wood, like the one that the studio designed and installed in this house, or glass enclosures with metal panels, which also let in light.

This option allows us at the same time to camouflage the kitchen as much as we want, since the panel that divides it can be designed more or less large, and maintain the advantages of an open kitchen.
